What is the difference between embossing and debossing?

Embossing raises the artwork above the garment surface. Debossing presses the artwork into the material to create a recessed impression.

What is your minimum order quantity?

Most embossing and debossing projects begin at 50 pieces per design or style. Minimums may vary depending on the garment, artwork size, placement and production requirements.

What are typical lead times?

Timelines depend on garment availability, die development, sampling, quantity and finishing. We provide an estimated schedule after reviewing your project.Typically starts at 6 weeks.

What artwork format should I submit?

Vector artwork is preferred, including AI, EPS, SVG or editable PDF files. High-resolution artwork may also be reviewed.

Can I order a sample?

Sampling is available and may be required before production. Sample fees and timelines depend on the garment and project specifications.

Can you emboss garments I already own?

No. Our embossing and debossing are completed during the cut-and-sew manufacturing process, before the garment panels are stitched together. This allows us to apply the correct heat and pressure evenly and achieve a cleaner, more consistent dimensional finish.
